Was dich erwartet

  • Du erstellst regelmäßig HR-Reporting, Statistiken und Analysen.
  • Du unterstützt das HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du führst eigenständig die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung durch – inklusive der Abrechnung für gewerbliche Mitarbeitende im Schicht- und Akkordmodell.
  • Du pflegst und verwaltest die Personalstammdaten gewissenhaft.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
  • Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen und Behörden und unterstützt bei Betriebsprüfungen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und Finanzämtern zusammen.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung aller steuerlichen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben sicher

Was du mitbingst

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d).
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich mit, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine entsprechende Weiterbildung.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR- und Zeiterfassungssystemen sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
