Support visas, work permits and employee mobility where required.

Monitor HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and operational efficiency.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance management and workplace matters.

Manage disciplinary, grievance, performance and investigation processes with consistency and confidentiality.

Ensure compliance with French and German employment legislation , GDPR and internal policies.

Draft and review employment contracts, employee letters and HR documentation.

Partner with global HR teams to deliver engagement, culture and retention initiatives across France and Germany.

Support employee surveys, feedback programmes, onboarding and local employee experience initiatives.

Coordinate team events, workshops, town halls and company celebrations.

Support the day-to-day workplace requirements of the France and Germany offices, partnering with local facilities teams, vendors and office service providers.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of HR experience, ideally within an HR Generalist or HRBP capacity in a fast-paced environment.

Strong experience supporting employees and leaders across France and Germany .

Fluent French and English are essential; German language capability is highly advantageous.

Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and HR operations.

Good understanding of French and German employment law, compliance and HR risk.

Comfortable operating independently across multiple markets and balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Highly organised and comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organisation.

Ability to work five days onsite in our London office .
