About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive hiring across both technical and non-technical functions. The role requires deep expertise in Behavioural Event Interviewing (BEI), proven stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver with speed and agility in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• •Partner with hiring manager and reporting manager to design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• •Explore opportunities within the hiring strategy to make the hiring process more efficient
• •Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• •Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, social media and recruiting agencies and follow it up by sourcing & recruiting candidates post job posts
• •Responsible to screen candidates resumes and job applications with regards to relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• •Manage the recruiting system/tool
• •Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• •Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
• •Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• •Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the reporting manager
• •Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• •Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity

Role Requirements:

• •Proven work experience of a minimum of 3-5 yrs as a recruiter
• •Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• •Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• •Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
• •Hands-on experience with recruiting software and Human Resource Information/Management Systems
• •Strong decision-making skills
• •Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably MBA). Specialization in Talent Acquisition and or Organizational Development will be a bonus
