HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across engineering, design, sales, and marketing roles. The role involves active sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and maintaining accurate ATS records.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage end-to-end recruitment for current and upcoming positions.
• •Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and relevant communities.
• •Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview rounds.
• •Manage interview schedules, follow-ups, and offer processes.
• •Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.

Requirements

• •2+ years of experience in tech and non-tech recruitment.
• •Strong Boolean sourcing and candidate outreach skills.
• •Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• •Strong coordination and time-management abilities.

Qualification

• •MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR) is preferred.
• •BBA/Bachelor's degree with relevant HR/Recruitment experience will also be considered.

Good to have: Employer branding experience, agency recruitment background, or experience hiring engineering teams at scale.
