Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and references

Make calls to candidates and explain available job opportunities

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial candidate screening and basic interviews

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining

Maintain candidate information and recruitment records

Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets

Support the HR team in bulk and urgent hiring requirements
