  • Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
  • ✓ Vertragserstellung/-änderung, Arbeitszeugnisse, Bescheinigungen✓ Erstellen von Abmahnungen und Kündigungen – sicher und empathisch mit dem nötigen Fingerspitzengefühl✓ Pflege, Qualitätssicherung und strukturierte Dokumentation✓ Von der Datenerfassung über Fristenkontrolle, bis zur Prozessoptimierung✓ Du hältst HR und operative Abläufe zusammen
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • ✓ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit HR‑ Bezug✓ Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personaladministration / HR‑Services✓ Erfahrung mit Tarifverträgen (Vorteil)✓ Serviceorientiertes, verbindliches Auftreten✓ Strukturierte, diskrete und vertrauensvolle Arbeitsweise✓ Hands‑on‑Mentalität, lösungsorientierter Blick, Teamfähigkeit
