  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
  • Erstellung von Dokumenten (u.a. Arbeitsverträge, Arbeitszeugnisse, Bescheinigungen)
  • Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Mitarbeitenden zu abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Personalstammdaten in unseren Systemen
  • Abstimmung mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und unseren Einrichtungshäusern
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Sachbearbeitungsrolle
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung und Zeiterfassung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Mitarbeitenden und personalwirtschaftlichen Aufgaben
