HR SPECIALIST PAYROLL & HR SYSTEMS (m/w/d)

Aufgabengebiet:

Payroll & Zeitwirtschaft

Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Entgeltabrechnung sowie Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft

Pflege und Kontrolle abrechnungsrelevanter Personal- und Zeitdaten

Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bei Payroll- und Zeitwirtschaftsthemen

HR-Systeme & Digitalisierung

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten HR-Systemlandschaft

Key User und Schnittstelle zu IT, Softwareanbietern und Fachbereichen

Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten im Personalbereich

HR-Prozesse & Analysen

Standardisierung, Dokumentation und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen

Mitwirkung bei bereichsübergreifenden HR-Projekten und organisatorischen Veränderungen

Erstellung und Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen und Reports

Qualifikationen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft

Gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht

Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Systemen, idealerweise Sage HR Suite und/oder Microsoft Dynamics 365

Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen und Datenanalysen

Erfahrung in HR-Analysen oder der Erstellung von Personalkennzahlen

Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie hohe Service- und Teamorientierung
