PROPÓSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:

Apoyar al equipo de Recursos Humanos en proyectos estratégicos e iniciativas de mejora continua, contribuyendo al análisis de indicadores, gestión de información y apoyo a los HR Managers para fortalecer los procesos de gestión de personas en Sandvik.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Apoyar el seguimiento y análisis de indicadores de Recursos Humanos (HR KPIs).
  • Colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
  • Apoyar la elaboración de reportes y presentaciones del área.
  • Mantener y actualizar información relacionada con indicadores de gestión.
  • Brindar soporte a los HR Managers en iniciativas y proyectos estratégicos.
  • Participar en el proyecto de alineación de indicadores entre líderes y métricas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Apoyar la coordinación de actividades y procesos del área de HR.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos para el levantamiento y análisis de información.
  • Participar activamente en reuniones y actividades del área.
  • Cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos y estándares de seguridad, salud y bienestar de la compañía.

SU PERFIL:

  • Estudiante avanzado de Recursos Humanos.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en Recursos Humanos (deseable)
  • Inglés avanzado o fluido (excluyente).
  • Manejo de herramientas Microsoft Office.
  • Deseable licencia de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar.
