 Am Standort Althofen in Kärnten suchen wir Verstärkung für unser HR-Team als HR Trainee (m/w/d).

Du recherchierst Trends und Themen und bringst eigene Impulse & Empfehlungen ein

Du bekommst Einblicke in das Recruiting und gehst aktiv auf die Suche nach den Talenten von Morgen

Du unterstützt bei vielfältigen HR-Themen und lernst das Große Ganze kennen

Du bist Teil des HR-Tagesgeschäfts und packst auch bei operativen Aufgaben mit an

Das bringst Du mit:

• •Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fokus auf HR
• •Erste Kenntnisse in der Personalentwicklung sind von Vorteil
• •Du bist kommunikativ, neugierig und bringst Dinge gerne voran
• •Du hast ein gutes Auge für Design und visualisierst Inhalte gerne klar und ansprechend
• •Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert
• •Du hast Freude daran, mit Menschen zu arbeiten und im Team etwas zu bewegen
