1.協助國內事業單位規劃與執行選、用、育、留等人力資源相關事宜。
2.依據海外經營策略，進行海外分子行之人力資源制度檢視，並提供諮詢服務及解決方案。
3.根據人力資源策略，進行全球專案之溝通及執行。
【資格條件】
．工作經歷要求：3年以上工作經驗
．學歷要求：博士, 碩士, 大學
．科系要求：商業及管理學科類人力資源相關經濟社會及心理學科類
．語文條件：英文: 聽/精通‧說/精通‧讀/精通‧寫/精通(TOEIC800以上)

．薪資待遇：面議（經常性薪資達4萬元或以上）
