HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Salad Days

Location: Bangalore

Department: Human Resources

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage HR operations for Salad Days stores and kitchens in Bangalore.
• •Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
• •Monitor attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and employee retention.
• •Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• •Manage probation, transfers, promotions, and employee movements.
• •Ensure accurate Keka HR, payroll, leave, and attendance data.
• •Conduct regular store/kitchen visits and resolve employee issues.
• •Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• •Prepare HR MIS reports and ensure HR policy compliance.
• •Work closely with Operations Managers to fulfil manpower requirements.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Preferred Experience: QSR / Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Retail / Cloud Kitchen
