ÜBER UNS Für ein langfristiges Projekt im Bereich Offshore Wind
besetzen wir folgende Position: HSE ADVISOR (M/W/D) OFFSHORE WIND DEIN
AUFGABENPROFIL Überwachung der HSE-Aktivitäten von Auftragnehmern
und Nachunternehmern Durchführung von HSE-Inspektionen, Safety Walks,
Audits und Assurance Reviews Prüfung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen,
Method Statements, Arbeitserlaubnissen und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Überwachung und Koordination von SIMOPS und parallelen Arbeiten
verschiedener Gewerke Identifikation und Bewertung von HSE-Risiken an
den Schnittstellen zwischen Auftragnehmern Überwachung von
Hochrisikoaktivitäten, insbes. Arbeiten in der Höhe, Kranarbeiten,
Transport schwerer Komponenten, LOTO / Energieisolierung, elektrische
Arbeiten und Inbetriebnahme, Marine- und Vessel-Aktivitäten, Confined
Space, Brand-, Notfall- und Rettungskonzepte Nachverfolgung und
Überprüfung von HSE-Maßnahmen und Corrective Actions Unterstützung
bei Incident Investigations und Root Cause Analysen Teilnahme an
Toolbox Talks, Safety Standdowns und HSE-Meetings Erstellung
regelmäßiger HSE- und Inspektionsberichte Gelegentliche
Offshore-Einsätze während der Installationsphase DEIN
QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Anerkannte HSE-Qualifikation, z. B. MVK, SiGeKo
oder NEBOSH Erfahrung im Bereich Offshore Wind oder in vergleichbaren
komplexen Bau-/Infrastrukturprojekten Erfahrung in der Überwachung
und Auditierung von Auftragnehmern in einem Multi-Contractor-Umfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit HSE-Risikobewertungen, Method Statements und
Permit-to-Work-Prozessen Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die
Fähigkeit, Auftragnehmer auch in kritischen Situationen professionell
und konsequent zu steuern Full GWO Training inkl. Enhanced First Aid
HUET inkl. EBS NOGEPA, AWMF oder OEUK Medical inkl. Fitness Test WIR
