  • Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von HSE-Standards an mehreren Standorten
  • Planung, Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen im Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen sicherheitsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Analyse von Unfällen, Beinaheereignissen und Risiken sowie Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungen
  • Erstellung und Präsentation von HSE-Kennzahlen, Reports und Managementauswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Managementsystemen sowie standortübergreifenden Projekten und Bauvorhaben
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltmanagement, Gesundheitsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HSE-Umfeld, idealerweise in einem industriellen oder infrastrukturellen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Auditierungen und Managementsystemen von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 25% zu Baustellen
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
