As a Human Resources Business Partner supporting our Commercial, ITCI, and enables functions , you will be trusted to partner with business leaders and associates to deliver strategic people solutions that enable business success. This role supports a population of approximately 250+ associates and serves as a key advisor on talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, engagement, and employee relations.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• •Partnering with business leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.
• •Leveraging workforce insights and people data to identify trends, generate actionable recommendations, and drive informed decision-making.
• •Leading key talent processes including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and associate development initiatives.
• •Coaching leaders on employee relations matters, change management, organizational effectiveness, and people-related business decisions.
• •Collaborating closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Services teams to deliver exceptional associate experience and implement enterprise HR initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• •7+ years of Human Resources experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.
• •Experience supporting commercial organizations; experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• •Experience leading performance management, talent management, engagement initiatives, succession planning, and employee relations activities.
• •Strong ability to interpret people data and workforce analytics and translate insights into business-focused recommendations and actions.
• •Strong stakeholder management, coaching, communication, and influencing skills.
• •Advanced English proficiency.
• •Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
• •Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
