As a trusted advisor, you will guide leaders through workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and complex employee matters. The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on execution across core HR programs and processes. You will use people data, analytics, and emerging AI tools to identify opportunities and improve HR efficiency. Working across distributed teams and multiple time zones, you will collaborate closely with HR specialists and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
