Job Description
Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Human Resources Intern on our People & Culture (P&C) team in Raleigh, NC.

Human Resources Intern Role Overview
The People & Culture (P&C) Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, providing a comprehensive understanding of how People & Culture supports both employees and the business. Through a structured rotation, the intern will work alongside teams in P&C Business Partners, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR practices and initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Rotate through multiple People & Culture functions, including Employee Relations, P&C Business Partnering, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Benefits, and Compensation.
Assist with projects and initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
Conduct research and analyze People & Culture data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
Assist with the development of employee communications, presentations, training materials, and HR resources.
Observe and participate in employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Attend meetings, workshops, and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to strategic People & Culture initiatives.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, programs, benefits, and other People & Culture-related matters.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, or a related field.
Rising sophomore, junior, or senior with an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People & Culture.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Past leadership experience preferred
Must have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will share more about the specific pay range for this position during the interview process.
