Assist in developing employee stories, visuals and materials to highlight the firm’s culture.

What you’ll gain:

Hands-on exposure to firmwide people initiatives (leadership development, talent management, engagement, employer branding).

Experience coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering programmes end-to-end.

Opportunities to build communication, project management, and basic data handling skills in a corporate setting.

What we are looking for:

Undergraduates pursuing Business, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or Psychology (or related disciplines).

Interest in people management and/or people development.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data analytics tools is an advantage.
