Human Resources / Recruiting (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Bedarfsklärung über die Stellenausschreibung bis zur Einstellung
  • Aktive Kandidatensuche (Active Sourcing) über verschiedene Kanäle und Netzwerke
  • Führen von Interviews sowie Begleitung und Beratung der Fachabteilungen im Auswahlprozess
  • Aufbau und Mitgestaltung moderner Recruiting-Strategien und -Instrumente
  • Pflege und Ausbau eines nachhaltigen Talentpools sowie Mitwirkung am Employer Branding

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Human Resources
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein professionelles und empathisches Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
