We're Hiring: HVAC Systems Engineering Leader

Are you ready to lead a team that’s shaping the future of smart, sustainable buildings?

At Johnson Controls , we’re looking for a HVAC Systems Engineering Leader to guide a talented group of Systems Engineers and Designers. You’ll oversee hardware and software engineering, network-level commissioning, and drive innovation across major and branch projects.

This is more than a leadership role; it’s a chance to make a real impact on the building of technologies while mentoring the next generation of engineering talent.

What You’ll Be Doing

• •Lead and schedule engineering teams to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions
• •Develop and implement processes that ensure cost-effective, consistent project execution
• •Serve as the regional expert in HVAC application engineering
• •Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
• •Provide technical support, cost estimates, and drive continuous improvement
• •Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and architects
• •Hire, mentor, and grow your team through performance coaching and career development

What We’re Looking For

• •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)
• •5+ years of HVAC application engineering experience
• •Proven leadership in supervising technical teams
• •Strong construction industry background
• •Master’s degree or PE license is a plus
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
