What You'll Do

Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations

Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, thermostats, and indoor comfort systems

Load materials, prepare job sites, and keep projects organized

Safely operate hand and power tools

Learn installation best practices, equipment startup, and system testing

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Deliver outstanding customer service while working in customers' homes

Continue building your technical knowledge through hands-on training every day

What You Bring

Previous HVAC installation or service experience preferred

Experience in plumbing, electrical, construction, or another mechanical trade is a plus

Valid driver's license

Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

Reliable transportation to and from our Geneva office each day

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions

What You'll Get
