We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean workmanship, professional service, and completing installations correctly the first time. You’ll install residential heating and cooling systems, work alongside a supportive team, and have the tools and resources needed to deliver high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

Install residential furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-split systems, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment.

Remove existing equipment and prepare jobsites for new installations.

Complete ductwork modifications, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, venting, gas piping, wiring, and related system connections.

Review job documentation, equipment specifications, and installation requirements before beginning work.

Perform equipment startups, system testing, charging, airflow verification, and commissioning.

Troubleshoot installation-related issues and make necessary adjustments.

Ensure all work complies with manufacturer requirements, applicable codes, permit requirements, and company standards.

Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

Explain system operation, maintenance expectations, and warranty information to homeowners.

Complete accurate equipment records, job notes, photos, and required documentation.

Maintain assigned vehicles, tools, equipment, materials, and inventory.

Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and coworkers.

Participate in required meetings, technical training, and safety programs.

What We’re Looking For

Previous residential HVAC installation experience.

Strong knowledge of furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, ductwork, refrigeration, airflow, venting, and related system components.

Ability to complete residential HVAC installations safely and efficiently.

Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and jobsite problem-solving skills.

Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance.

Professional communication and customer service skills.

Ability to read equipment specifications, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions.

Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.

EPA certification required.

Active Connecticut S-1, S-2, D-1, D-2, B-1, or B-2 license preferred .

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
