At JSP Home Services, we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean workmanship, professional service, and doing the job right the first time. You’ll have steady installation demand, strong office and warehouse support, and the tools and resources needed to deliver quality work without unnecessary delays or shortcuts.

As an HVAC Installer, you’ll complete residential heating and cooling system replacements, work closely with Lead Installers and other field team members, and help create a smooth experience for homeowners from arrival through system startup.

What You’ll Do

Install residential furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment.

Remove existing equipment and prepare jobsites for replacement systems.

Complete ductwork modifications, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, venting, gas piping, wiring, and related system connections.

Review job details, equipment specifications, and installation requirements before beginning work.

Assist with equipment startups, charging, airflow verification, system testing, and commissioning.

Identify and communicate material, equipment, or scope concerns promptly.

Follow manufacturer requirements, applicable codes, safety procedures, and company installation standards.

Protect customers’ homes and maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.

Explain basic system operation and maintenance expectations to homeowners.

Complete accurate job notes, equipment records, photos, and required documentation.

Maintain assigned vehicles, tools, equipment, materials, and inventory.

Participate in technical, safety, product, and customer service training.

What We’re Looking For

Previous residential HVAC installation experience.

Knowledge of furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, ductwork, refrigeration, airflow, venting, and related components.

Strong mechanical aptitude and jobsite problem-solving skills.

Ability to complete assigned installation work safely and efficiently.

Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Professional appearance and respect for customers and their homes.

EPA certification required.

Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and outdoor conditions.
