Responsibilities

• •Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation systems, and thermostats
• •Perform comprehensive whole-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
• •Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations
• •Recommend system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and preventative maintenance options when appropriate
• •Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and documentation using ServiceTitan
• •Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training

Performance Expectations

• •Complete 3–4 maintenance appointments per day
• •Maintain a 60%+ conversion rate on recommended services
• •Conduct thorough safety inspections on every call
• •Support membership plan growth
• •Maintain a callback rate below 3%
• •Deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience

Requirements

• •Minimum 1.5 years of residential HVAC experience
• •Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• •Valid driver's license
• •Familiarity with ServiceTitan preferred
• •Boiler experience preferred
• •EPA Certification preferred
