What You’ll Do

• •Lead and manage a team of HVAC service technicians
• •Ensure top-tier customer experience, efficient scheduling, and dispatch coordination
• •Develop training programs to improve technician performance and skill
• •Track department KPIs: productivity, callback reduction, profit margins
• •Drive results through coaching, accountability, and operational structure
• •Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and call center teams
• •Manage service budgets, warranty claims, and daily job expenses
• •Enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• •5+ years of residential HVAC experience
• •3+ years in a supervisory or service manager role
• •Strong leadership, communication, and training ability
• •Results-oriented mindset with an eye for operational improvement
• •Technically proficient in service diagnostics and troubleshooting
• •Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software (preferred)
• •EPA certification and valid driver’s license (required)
• •NATE certification (preferred)
