Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• •Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• •Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• •Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components.
• •Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly
• •Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement).
• •Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles.
• •Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of residential HVAC, including EPA Certification
• •Must have experience doing service and repair on oil and gas units.
• •Possess a set of basic hand tools
• •Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• •Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening
• •Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• •Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops).
• •Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.
• •Always maintain a professional appearance.
