What You'll Earn

Annual Earnings: $75,000 - $130,000+

Your compensation may include:

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:

• •Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• •Service heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioning systems
• •Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations with homeowners
• •Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• •Maintain clean, accurate service documentation
• •Work safely while following company standards and industry best practices
• •Collaborate with dispatch, installation teams, and office staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• •EPA Universal Certification
• •At least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• •Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• •Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• •Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform the daily demands of field service work

Preferred Experience

While not required, these qualifications will help you stand out:

• •5 or more years of HVAC experience
• •Massachusetts Refrigeration License
• •Previous Lead or Senior Service Technician experience
• •Additional trade licenses or certifications in plumbing, electrical, or sheet metal
• •Consistent record of high performance and customer satisfaction
