HVAC Service Technician

Description

Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is searching for a HVAC Service Technicians to join our Rockwall Team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in maintaining, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• •Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• •Inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• •Educate clients on their heating and air conditioning systems and maintenance requirements
• •Develop client rapport by communicating effectively with customers and providing excellent customer service
• •Document service performed and recommendations made to client
• •Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams

Requirements

• •Current TDLR Registration
• •3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• •Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of and understanding of the HVAC trade
• •Clean, neat and professional appearance
• •Excellent customer service and sales skills
• •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• •Excellent conflict management skills
• •Strong attention to detail and to manage multiple tasks and assignments
• •Team player with "can do" attitude
• •Able and willing to work on-call schedule rotation: nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• •Valid Texas Driver License and at least 3 years of driving history
• •This position requires both a criminal background and a driving record check
