Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• •Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
• •Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and seasonal service visits
• •Present repair options and replacement solutions clearly to homeowners — consultative, not high-pressure
• •Deliver a 5-star service experience that turns first-time customers into loyal ones
• •Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• •Manage your own schedule and van inventory with professionalism

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• •2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• •EPA 608 Universal Certification
• •Solid diagnostic ability across a wide range of equipment and failure modes
• •Comfortable with a performance-based pay structure and motivated to earn
• •Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• •Strong communication skills — you'll be the face of McWilliams in every home
