HVAC Service Technician – Join a Team That Invests in You

Sila Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Stoneham team. If you're a skilled residential service technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

And right now, we’re offering up to $5,000 signing bonus for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who join our team!

What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners

Recommend repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate

Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan

Maintain a clean, organized truck and follow all safety standards

What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits

EPA Universal Certification

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent customer service and communication skills

ServiceTitan experience is a plus
