Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who knows how to troubleshoot a system, take care of the customer, and provide the right solution.

Job Duties

Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues

Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers

Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners

Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements

Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately

Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment

Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards

Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish

Skills & Experience

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability

EPA 608 certification required

Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems

Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting

Ability to explain technical issues in a way customers understand

Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Service Titan or similar field service software experience is a plus
