Description

Hawks & Company is a family-oriented commercial HVAC company built on Integrity, Innovation, Humility, Serving-It-Up, and Going Above & Beyond . We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and wants a long-term career—not just another job.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose commercial HVAC systems with integrity
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on RTUs, water source heat pumps & cooling towers
  • Service chiller and boiler systems (preferred)
  • Serve customers with urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset
  • Go above & beyond to prevent issues before they impact the client
  • Maintain clean, safe job sites and accurate service documentation

Requirements

? What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years commercial HVAC service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to innovate
  • Humble, team-first attitude with a serve-it-up mentality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
