Collect, validate and maintain market and product information across assigned geographies. Manage master data, source logs, trackers, image libraries and supporting documentation while ensuring data quality, governance compliance and timely delivery of inputs.

• What are we looking for? • A detail-oriented professional with experience in research operations, data management or market data processes. Strong Excel, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage large datasets, validate information, coordinate with stakeholders and deliver accurate outputs within deadlines. Support multi-market tracking studies by managing product, brand and market inputs. Ensure accurate, complete and supplier-ready data, source evidence, images and trackers are maintained and delivered on time to support smooth research operations.
• Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage track input requirements for assigned markets and categories. Collect, validate and classify product and market data from multiple sources. Maintain trackers, source logs, evidence records and image libraries. Coordinate with BAT, Kantar and internal stakeholders to resolve information gaps and track market changes. Ensure supplier-ready submissions, maintain quality standards, support legal and compliance requirements, and use AI or Copilot tools responsibly to improve efficiency and accuracy.
