Experience you'll need to have:

  • Deep experience securing on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Expertise in network security, identity and access management, encryption, segmentation, data protection, and security monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies such as VMware, Cisco, F5, firewalls, and identity stores.
  • Familiarity with major regulatory and security frameworks including PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Experience with Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines, YAML/JSON, Python or Bash, Kubernetes security, and cloud-native policy controls.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field, or equivalent professional or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience designing secure AI/ML environments, data platforms, or cybersecurity data fabrics.
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust, Secure Access Service Edge, and Identity Fabric concepts.
  • Demonstrated success operating across global, matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
