IB Partnership Manager (Ukrainian Market)

As an IB Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing FxPro's Introducing Broker network in the Ukrainian market. You will play a key role in identifying new partnership opportunities, developing existing relationships, and driving client acquisition and trading activity through a strong network of IBs and affiliates.

Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and onboard new IB partners in Ukraine

Develop existing partnerships to increase client acquisition, trading activity, and retention

Leverage an established network of Ukrainian IBs, affiliates, and clients to generate new business

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners

Negotiate partnership terms within approved commercial guidelines

Guide partners on onboarding, commission structures, trading conditions, and marketing support

Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and agree action plans

Coordinate with Marketing, Support, Back Office, and Compliance on partner requests and business opportunities

Monitor the Ukrainian forex/CFD market, competitor offerings, acquisition channels, and partner expectations

Maintain accurate partner records, sales pipelines, and performance reports in the CRM

Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings when required

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IB partnerships or business development within the forex/CFD industry

Proven track record of acquiring and developing active, revenue-generating IB partners

Fluent Ukrainian and strong written and spoken English

Established network of Ukrainian IBs, affiliates, and potential partners

Existing client and/or IB partner base in Ukraine is a strong advantage

Strong understanding of the Ukrainian forex/CFD market, acquisition channels, and partner expectations

Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills

Ability to manage the full partnership lifecycle independently

Results-driven approach and confidence working towards measurable commercial targets

Availability to work on-site in Cyprus and willingness to relocate if currently based abroad
