  • Ihre Aufgabe umfasst:
  • Sicherstellung der bestmöglichen Pflege und Betreuung nach den Vorgaben
  • des SGB XI und V
  • Verantwortung für die Pflegedokumentation
  • Verantwortung zur Durchführung von Prophylaxen
  • Einhaltung der Pflegekonzepte und -standards
  • Anwendung der geltenden Hygienevorgaben und des vorgegebenen Hygieneplans
  • Erreichen einer größtmöglichen Zufriedenheit der Bewohner
  • Umsetzung der Qualitätskriterien des betriebsinternen Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Sie bringen mit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
  • Bereitschaft zum Nacht- und Wochenenddienst
  • Engagement, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • EDV- Kenntnisse
