IDMC Administration

We are looking for a skilled IDMC Administrator with strong hands-on experience in administering and supporting Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform administration, user and access management, Secure Agent management, runtime environments, job monitoring, troubleshooting, and overall platform health.

The role requires strong operational and troubleshooting capabilities to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the IDMC platform.

Responsibilities

Administer and support the Informatica IDMC platform, including user, role, and access management.

Manage and administer Cloud Data Integration (CDI) environments.

Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Secure Agents.

Manage runtime environments, connections, schedules, and job executions.

Monitor jobs, identify failures, perform root cause analysis, and resolve platform-related incidents.

Perform regular platform health checks and proactively identify operational or performance issues.

Provide day-to-day production and operational support for IDMC services.

Troubleshoot connectivity, Secure Agent, runtime, and integration-related issues.

Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and development teams for issue resolution.

Follow administration best practices and maintain relevant operational documentation.

Support Cloud Application Integration (CAI) administration activities.

We are looking for an IDMC Administrator with hands-on experience in:

IDMC platform administration and user/access management

Cloud Data Integration (CDI) administration

Secure Agent installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting

Runtime environment, connections, schedules, and job monitoring

Platform health checks, incident resolution, and operational support

Good to Have:

PowerCenter and CDI-PC administration

MDM SaaS administration

CDGC administration

CAI administration

Technical requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC administration.

Experience in Cloud Data Integration (CDI) administration.

Hands-on experience with Secure Agent installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Experience managing runtime environments and connections.

Knowledge of scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting IDMC jobs.

Experience with user/access management and administrative controls.

Strong understanding of platform health monitoring, incident management, and operational support.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
