  • Position: ILS MANAGER (M/W/D) DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL Durchführung von
  • Analysen und Berechnungen im Bereich Integrated Logistics Support
  • (ILS) zur Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und
  • Wartbarkeit technischer Systeme Durchführung logistischer Analysen
  • (Logistic Support Analysis – LSA) sowie Analysen in den Bereichen
  • Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM)
  • Entwicklungsbegleitende Definition und Sicherstellung logistischer
  • Anforderungen über alle Produktlebenszyklusphasen auf System- und
  • Subsystemebene Projektleitung von ILS-Arbeitspaketen sowie
  • Koordination interner und externer Ressourcen (Fachabteilungen,
  • Dienstleister) Erstellung und Pflege logistischer Daten und Analysen
  • nach ASD-Standards (z. B. S1000D, S2000M, S3000L) Erstellung von
  • Vorgabedokumenten für die technische Dokumentation (z. B. nach
  • S1000D) Erstellung und Pflege von Material- und Ersatzteildaten (z. B.
  • nach S2000M) Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsanalysen
  • (z. B. nach S3000L) Ergebnisdokumentation und Präsentation in
  • Datenbanken und Kundenreports Datenbankhandling sowie SAP- und
  • Stammdatenpflege DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossenes Studium im
  • Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften (z. B. Mechatronik, Maschinenbau,
  • Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder Weiterbildung zum
  • staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare
  • Qualifikation Erfahrung im Bereich Integrated Logistics Support (ILS),
  • Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), Reliability / RAM, FMEA von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in ASD-Standards S1000D (Technische Dokumentation), S2000M
  • (Material- und Ersatzteilmanagement) und S3000L (Logistic Support
  • Analysis) wünschenswert Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie PDM- und
  • ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in
  • Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit sowie strukturierte
  • und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
