Deine Aufgaben
- Telefon Support & Administration im 1st Level Team
- Installation/Vorbereitung von Kundensystemen
- Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an Kundensystemen
- Überwachung unserer Monitoringsysteme, sowie die Behebung der daraus resultierende Alarmmeldungen
- Austausch mit dem 2nd Level zur Übergabe von 2nd Level Aufgabenstellungen
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in der Installation/Administration von Microsoft Server- und Desktop Produkten
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Troubleshooting
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich der Virtualisierungstechnik (HyperV & VMware) gesammelt
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Firewall (Sophos, OPNsense), Microsoft 365/Azure & Sicherungstechniken (Veeam) von Vorteil
- Du bist Teamplayer, motiviert und selbstständig
- Kommunikative Kompetenz ist für Dich kein Fremdwort
