Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der direkten Personalvermittlung einen \*\*Im-/Export-Spezialisten (m/w/d)\*\* am Standort Köln.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Import- und Exportvorgängen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Zoll-, Versand- und Außenhandelsdokumenten
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Speditionen, Behörden und Zollstellen
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Transportabläufen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlicher Vorschriften
  • Bearbeitung von Akkreditiven, Ursprungszeugnissen und weiteren außenhandelsrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Auftrags-, Lieferanten- und Stammdaten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung logistischer und außenwirtschaftlicher Prozesse
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Import- und Exportbereich oder im internationalen Auftragsmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie idealerweise ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und hohe Serviceorientierung
