Wir sind ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen der Telekommunikationsbranche, welches sich der Netzerrichtung und dem Netzbetrieb widmet.

Neben der Planung und dem Bau neuer Glasfasernetze für unterschiedlichste Anbieter wie der Telekom oder Vodafone, betreuen wir bestehende Netze in der Entstörung und der Inbetriebnahme. Die umfangreichen Aufgaben bieten viele Gestaltungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in der täglichen Arbeit. Durch die voranschreitende Nachfrage der Telekommunikationsanbieter nach neuen Netzen benötigen wir in verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen Personalverstärkung.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen weiteren Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Disposition unserer ServicetechnikerInnen in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Disposition von ServicetechnikerInnen im Innenausbau und im Kundendienst mittels vorgegebenem Auftraggebersystem
  • Überwachung von Technikeraufträgen im vorgegebenen Zeitfenster
  • Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber, Techniker und Kunden
  • Koordinierung taggleicher Aufträge
  • Erstellung von Dienstplänen
  • termin- und bedarfsgerechte Koordination der Ressourcen

Du bringst mit:

  • idealerweise kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. im Bereich Bürokommunikation
  • fundierte Kenntnisse mit MS-Office Anwendungen
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisationstalent
  • Lernbereitschaft
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeit
