Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der vermittlungsorientierten Zeitarbeit einen Immobilien Projektmanager (m/w/d) am Standort Köln.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Projekten im Immobilienbereich
  • Verantwortung für die strukturierte Umsetzung von Projekten unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister, Fachplaner und weiterer Projektbeteiligter
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von Objektbegehungen sowie Überwachung vereinbarter Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Projekt-, Termin- und Budgetplänen
  • Abstimmung mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Dienstleistern und internen Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen, Facility Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Immobilien- oder Projektmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Steuerung und Koordination von Immobilienprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie idealerweise mit immobilienwirtschaftlicher Software
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
