Unsere Dienstleistungen umfassen die Bereiche Investment, Büroimmobilien, Einzelhandel, Grundstücke, Wohnimmobilien und Bauen. Bekannt für erstklassigen Kundenservice betreut Alwin Schlössl Immobilien seit über 35 Jahren seine Kunden im Bereich Facility Management. Wir betreuen dabei einen Immobilienbestand von über 2200 Einheiten im Gebiet Köln, Düsseldorf und Dortmund.

Für unsere Objektbuchhaltung suchen wir eine(n) erfahrene(n) Buchhalter/in (m/w/d) für unserer Zentrale in Köln-Lindenthal in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit. Sie sind gut organisiert und haben ein sehr gutes mathematisches und analytisches Verständnis?

Dann machen Sie mit uns einen Karriereschritt und unterstützen Sie unser Team gerne als  Buchhalter/in (m/w/d)  in Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verbuchung der Mieteingänge, Wohngelder und sonstiger Zahlungseingänge
  • Laufende Buchhaltung für Miet- und WEG-Objekte
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und korrekte Verbuchung von Rechnungen
  • Zuordnung haushaltsnaher Dienstleistungen
  • Erstellung von Abrechnungen (Betriebskosten- und Hausgeldabrechnungen) inklusive Jahresabschlüssen
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Klärung offener Posten
