Sie begeistern sich für Immobilien, haben Freude am Vertrieb und möchten Kunden bei einer der wichtigsten Entscheidungen ihres Lebens begleiten? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams.

🚀 Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Beratung und Betreuung von Interessenten vom Erstkontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Kaufabschluss

Präsentation und Vertrieb exklusiver Wohnimmobilien, insbesondere auf Baustellen und in Infobüros

Durchführung von Objektpräsentationen sowie Besichtigungen

Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen sowie aktive Nachverfolgung von Leads

Erstellung individueller Angebote und Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen

Beobachtung des Immobilienmarktes und Identifikation neuer Vertriebs- und Geschäftspotenziale

Enge Abstimmung mit Marketing und Geschäftsführung zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Vertriebsaktivitäten

🎯 Ihr Fundament

Mehrjährige Tätigkeit als selbstständige/r oder festangestellte/r Immobilienberater/in bzw. Bereitschaft zur entsprechenden Tätigkeit

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Immobilienvertrieb, vorzugsweise im Verkauf von Neubauimmobilien

Ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Abschlussstärke sowie ein souveränes, professionelles Auftreten

Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
