Für eine große Unternehmensgruppe sind wir auf der Suche nach einem erfahrene/n gewissenhafte/n Kollege\*in für die Immobilienbuchhaltung zur Unterstützung eines 4-köpfigen Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verbuchung von Mieteingängen
  • Überwachung von Mietrückständen
  • Erstellung von Mahnungen bei Zahlungsverzug
  • Verbuchung von Kautionen
  • Kontrolle von Mietanpassungen und Indexmieten

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/er oder Buchhalter/in
  • Erfahrung auf einer identischen Position
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Datev und Immocloud
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Teamorientiert
  • Spaß an der Arbeit in einem kreativen und dynamischen Umfeld
  • Interesse an teamorientierter Arbeitsweise
