Die bisherige Immobilienbuchhalterin geht in Rente. Diese Stelle ist ihre Nachfolge.

Was Sie hier tun

Die Immobilienverwalter haben die Abrechnungen bisher weitgehend selbst übernommen. Das ändert sich jetzt. Sie übernehmen die Immobilienbuchhaltung als eigenständigen Bereich: Hausgeld- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen, Buchen, Abstimmen. Und Sie haben Gestaltungsspielraum dabei, wie dieser Bereich aufgebaut wird.

Krefeld liegt an der A40. Die ist staureich. Wer kommt, sollte Homeoffice nutzen oder die Bahn bevorzugen. Zwei Tage Homeoffice pro Woche sind möglich und gedacht.

**Wen wir suchen**

Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung. Und die Bereitschaft, in einem kleinen Team mit echter Mitbestimmung zu arbeiten. Wer Hierarchie braucht, um zu wissen, was zu tun ist, ist hier falsch. Wer eigenverantwortlich arbeitet: genau richtig.

**Was Sie dafür bekommen**

48.000 bis 60.000 Euro plus Bonus, wenn Abrechnungen fristgerecht fertig sind. Das ist ein Anreiz, kein Druck. Und ein kleines Team, in dem jede Stimme zählt.
