Die Techage Hausverwaltung in Plön wächst – und deshalb suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Immobilienkauffrau / Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Hausgeldabrechnungen in der WEG-Verwaltung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Hausgeldabrechnungen für unsere WEG-Objekte
  • Prüfung und Zuordnung von Einnahmen und Ausgaben
  • Kontrolle und Abstimmung von Konten
  • Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Rechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen
  • Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten und Abrechnungsfragen
  • Kommunikation mit Eigentümern, Beiräten und Dienstleistern
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der WEG-Verwaltung

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau / Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung und insbesondere bei Hausgeldabrechnungen
  • Freude an Zahlen und ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Ein freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Teamgeist und Lust, gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen
