Seit 1992 betätigt sich die CARISMA Wohnbauten GmbH zunehmend als Maklerunternehmen mit dem Schwerpunkt Wohnungswirtschaft in der Vermietung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien sowie dem Verkauf von Eigentumswohnungen und Häusern. Mit seiner 40 jährigen spezifischen Kenntnis der Besonderheiten des Berliner Immobilienmarktes, verfügt das Unternehmen über eine umfangreiche Erfahrung und langjährige Marktpräsens und gehört damit heute zu den kompetenten Maklerunternehmen auf dem Berliner Wohnungsmarkt.

Wir suchen eine versierte Immobilienkauffrau/einen versierten Immobilienkaufmann für den Projektvertrieb von hochwertigen Eigentumswohnungen in Berlin.

### Was Sie auf jeden Fall mitbringen

  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektvertrieb
  • Verhandlungssicherheit im Umgang mit einer gehobenen Klientel
  • gute Orts- und Fachkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität
  • ein ansprechendes Äußeres
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache auch gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B sind für uns Voraussetzung
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Vernetzungen in der Branche sind von Vorteil.

Es erwartet Sie eine Festanstellung in einem erfahrenen Team mit leistungsgerechten Erfolgsprämien und gutem Betriebsklima.
