### Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Eigenverantwortliche und professionelle Betreuung qualitativ hochwertiger Mietimmobilien
  • Selbstständige Mieterbetreuung inkl. mieter- und objektspezifischer Kommunikation
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der externen Dienstleister zur optimalen Bewirtschaftung der betreuten Liegenschaften (Facility Management)
  • Durchführung von Objektbesichtigungen
  • Prüfung und Buchung von Rechnungen

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung
  • Selbstverständlicher Umgang mit den MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Evtl. Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Anwendersoftware Wohnungsmanager und Casavi
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit , Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
