Wir suchen ab sofort und unbefristet eine Immobilienfachkraft oder kaufmännische Angestellte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (Std. nach Vereinbarung).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Selbständige Verwaltung unserer Bestandsobjekte sowie laufender Bauvorhaben
- Bearbeitung aller Eigentümerangelegenheiten inkl. Behördenkorrespondenz
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Heiz- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen
- Erstellung und Betreuung von Gewerbe- und Wohnraummietverträgen
- Buchhaltung, Rechnungsprüfung und Zahlungsverkehr
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Immobilienkauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) oder alternativ abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Bereich Hausverwaltung/Baubetreuung, auch Quereinstieg möglich
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Word und Excel)
- Hohe Leistungs- und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise im Team
